To be fully honest it depends on the girl; but overall most girls think it's pretty cute when a guy is jealous of another guy, but too much can be over-powering. So do it every once in a while to show that you care about her, but don't do it so much that it annoys her because you won't let her hang out with any other guys. You are being possessive and need to give him space. If you don't do this he won't be a boyfriend for long. Do you have girlfriends? Do you like to do things with them? If he told you what to do with your girlfriends how would you feel? You wouldn't like it. The same with him.
