I have a Green anole for a long time and I have never tryed to give it. The answer would be no, a Green anole does not/would not eat vegtables .
Yes but they must be bite size for them tho there are some veggies they canβt eat but they can eat lettuce and carrots and probably alor more I have a green anole and I give her carrots as a treat but i would give them veggies as a meal unless you find that you can somewhere else then try if you Like. But they mostly eat bugs for there diet so probably stick with bugs for safety so only give them fruits or veggies as treats

Anole lizards eat crickets and worms.
anything from grub to flies
Yes, the green anole do eat roaches. they will also eat crickets, fly's and other small bugs
dandelions
Birds, wild cats, larger reptiles...
No. Garter snakes eat lizards.
They will not eat each other, but two males will fight. If you are planning on keeping them as pets and you want more than one, opt for two females. Males will fight and opposite genders will mate and you probably don't want hundreds of little lizards.
It is normal for an anole to skip a meal here and there, but most of these lizards will eat every day. You can try changing the food that you are offering to the anole to encourage him or her to eat.
Yes!
