Fk yeah! As a matter of fact, I've been looking for punk girls, and I've met only one and she turned out to be a lesbian... but seems like punk girls don't care much about rockers, and no I'm not a "30 seconds to mars" type of rocker, more of a 80's type.
But in general, y'know, every individual has their own preferences, but yeah there are guys who aren't punk that like punk girls.
