Vitamins for hamsters are essential nutrients that support their overall health, growth, and well-being. Commonly included in their diet, these vitamins help maintain proper metabolic functions, boost the immune system, and promote healthy fur and skin. Hamsters typically obtain vitamins from a balanced diet of commercial pellets, fresh fruits, and vegetables, but supplements may be necessary if deficiencies are suspected. It's important to ensure that any added vitamins are appropriate for hamsters to avoid toxicity.

They need food, water, and a home. Like any other animal
Cooked food can be harmful to hamsters as it may upset their digestive system and lead to health issues. It is best to feed hamsters a diet of specially formulated hamster food to ensure they receive the proper nutrients and vitamins they need to stay healthy.

Water soluble vitamins do not need cooking. These are most efficiently taken when diluted or dissolved in room temperature water.
Fat-soluble vitamins dissolve in fat and are stored in the body, while water-soluble vitamins dissolve in water and are not stored, so they need to be consumed regularly.
Then we wouldn't get all the water and vitamins we need. (Remeber: Bacteria break down the fiber for water and vitamins.)
