Horses cannot carry the human version of HIV, but they can contract an equine version known as Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA). It is transmitted through insect bites from an infected horse or through contaminated needles.
EIA cannot be transmitted to humans and when a horse is found to have EIA it must either be permanently quarantined inside or euthanized to prevent spread of the disease.
It is better to be HIV negative than HIV positive. An HIV positive person is infected with HIV.
HIV-positive means you are infected with the human immunodeficiency virus. HIV-negative means that you are not infected with the HIV.

It is possible for HIV to transfer when swallowing HIV positive vagina fluid.
HIV is a harmful virus. The end stage of HIV infection is AIDS.
The underling root of HIV is direct sex. When a person is HIV positive and another person is HIV negative and they have direct sex, the HIV moves into the HIV negative person and the HIV is now positive in both of the persons.
It is possible to have a false negative HIV test, particuarly early in infection with HIV. If a partner has a true negative HIV test, it's not possible to get HIV from them.
Equine Infectious Anemia is a contagious disease of horses that has, since the 1800's, resulted in outbreaks which killed large numbers of horses in many countries. There is no vaccination, so testing and either quarantine or euthanasia of infected horses is the current means of disease control. Horses with EIA can suffer from acute or chronic disease or even be inapparent carriers. The disease affects the horse's immune system and is caused by a virus related to HIV.
It is bad to have anti-HIV and HIV in your blood because it weakens your immune system.
