∙ 12y agoYes, you can. I have low thyroid for many years now. I take 75mcg of synthroid right now. I have a 18 month old son and an 8 month old daughter. It is important to see a high risk doctor. Ask them to check your levels, so they can properly dose your thyroid medicine. Also, ask for progestrone. I truly believe it is what saved my pregnancys both time.
