Do i have bipolar Some days eye feel real good then bout 10 min later eye feel depressed and sad listening to songs that are depressing then depression turns to anger but I'm mad at nothing?

No, I don't think you do; bipolar phases typically last longer than you describe. A sufferer will feel euphoric and hyperactive for a couple of days to a month, and then generally feels depressed for a longer period with periods of normal mood in between.
However, please don't take this as a diagnosis and if you think you have bipolar, see a mental health practitioner about it.
