According to mayoclinic.org it would seem that you might just have low thyroid symptoms. Or it's medical name hypothyroidism. Already before looking I suspected it. Even if my area of knowledge were for animals, it matched the symptoms. However, for you to be sure, I would suggest you go to a doctor, so the right test can be done and you can get treatment for your illness.
