I have been searching the web for this answer myself and have only come across one mostly poor review but even he said they did help to a certain point but complains that some one stole his idea which I suspect is unfounded. They have a A+ Better Business Bureau rating which is the highest available.
Get ahold of the office of the Better Business Bureau in the town/city nearest to where the business is located.
Opinion 1:BidCactus is not a scam. Penny Auctions aren't regulated yet, but they probably will be at some point.Unlike any other Penny Auction Site, BidCactus is the only Penny Auction Site to undergo an audit by an independent third party - Ernst & Young. They are also accredited by the Better Business Bureau.Opinion 2:Yes, it's a scam as most people understand the word. You are paying seventy five cents per bid with no guarantees. It may just as well list itself as a gambling site, but even in the unlikely case you "win", you'll have paid more for whatever you bought then you would have at the store! No Opinion, fact. I just watched a bidding war between two parties. It was for a gift certificate. At a presumed value of $0.70 per bid, with 77 bids and a $2.95 shipping charge, the "winner" just paid $56.85 for a $25.00 certificate. The bidding was not stopped when the retail value was met/exceeded. It was allowed to continue. Two parties were bidding so a total of $110.75 was taken in for a $25 gift certificate. This is a SCAM by definition! Some factual data:In the sixty or so days since the BBB accreditation of BidCactus they've a number of complaints, especially when one considers how few a percent of people complain to the BBB out of the total number of people who are upset. The BBB has listed 19 complaints. These complaints, from the BBB's own site are as follows:Failure to substantiate charges.Failure to honor a contract or agreement.Invalid or false contract.Unauthorized changes to the contract or agreement.Failure to provide promised assistance or support for products or services.Non-delivery of products.Guarantee or warranty complaints issue.Sales complaint issue.Sales presentation misrepresented the service.Sales presentation used dishonest sales practices.Delayed completion of service.Complaints are listed as 13 "resolved" and 6 "administratively closed".Now with the data, one may draw their own conclusions as to the appropriateness of dealing with BidCactus.
Most families who disqualify for the Housing Choice Voucher Program do so because they were evicted from public housing, owe money to a landlord or a Public Housing Authority for damages to a public home or unpaid rent, have at least one member with a violent criminal history, or have at least one member who is a registered sex offender. A family may also disqualify if they are making too much money and can actually afford to rent a home without assistance.
SCORE is one option, however most of their free counseling is for for profit organizations. A group home will likely be a not for profit. If you have never run a group home before, you have a lot of education to catch up on. You will need to get a state nursing home administrators license. You will need to aquire a property and remodel it. You could lease a property that was a nursing home or group home previously, however it is unlikely to find just any property, such as a large home, that will be ADA compliant and compliant with all of the nab and state regs. professortim7@aol.com

Yes, many millions of inventors are alive.
There are plenty of businesses that offer this service, I would suggest researching a reputable tax preparer and taking their advice. Be sure to check with the Better Business Bureau for any complaints.
I haven't been able to locate any complaints against True Refrigeration. You may be able to find some complaints in some forums, but I was not able to find any. I was able to find some troubleshooting guides, but those are hardly complaints or bad reports.

Yes. Ronald de Four.
The simple answer is - you can't. Any complaints directed at a company, whether charitable or not - are private. The only way you, as an individual would get to see any paperwork relating to complaints, is with a court order or public enquiry.
There's a lot of complaints about it, including complaints that their name is being misused. In any case, they are best avoided.

When Gaddafi started shooting at protesters in March of 2011, the Arab League had enough of him and decided to temporarily suspend Libya from the Arab League. Gaddafi himself is not a fan of the Arab League and hated almost every Arab leader in the Arab League (except for Bashar Al-Assad of Syria, Abdelaziz Bouteflika of Algeria and Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen, all of whom did not voiced any complaints of Gaddafi shooting at protesters)
Sky broadband and wireless service has not released information regarding the amount of complaints they've received over any amount of time. There is no report comparing the amount of complaints this year to the amount of complaints from last year.
