I have been searching the web for this answer myself and have only come across one mostly poor review but even he said they did help to a certain point but complains that some one stole his idea which I suspect is unfounded. They have a A+ Better Business Bureau rating which is the highest available.

The bidding was not stopped when the retail value was met/exceeded. It was allowed to continue. Two parties were bidding so a total of $110.75 was taken in for a $25 gift certificate. This is a SCAM by definition!Some factual data:In the sixty or so days since the BBB accreditation of BidCactus they've a number of complaints, especially when one considers how few a percent of people complain to the BBB out of the total number of people who are upset.The BBB has listed 19 complaints. If you have never run a group home before, you have a lot of education to catch up on. You will need to get a state nursing home administrators license. You will need to aquire a property and remodel it. You could lease a property that was a nursing home or group home previously, however it is unlikely to find just any property, such as a large home, that will be ADA compliant and compliant with all of the nab and state regs. professortim7@aol.com

The simple answer is - you can't. Any complaints directed at a company, whether charitable or not - are private. The only way you, as an individual would get to see any paperwork relating to complaints, is with a court order or public enquiry.
