If they are wearing eye protection, no. Otherwise, yes. You can buy airsoft specified goggles and glasses at most sporting stores. If you can't find any, you can order a pair from airsoftgi.com. I have had friends who have been shot in the eye, but it luckily just got caught in their tear duct. Remember, always use eye protection. Airsoft is fun, but not worth losing an eye over.
