If they did they would sound good live. If you have ears you'd here differences from the live and the studio versions. They do usually NOT lip sync. They only lipsync some of their new songs. Like the songs from the Your Girl Does Party mixtape.

You can use SnipSell.com to sell your ringtones on iTunes. It's a great and easy new service to make money with ringtones to iTunes. Here is my experience: I had so many unfinished songs in my archive. So I wanted to sell parts of it on iTunes as a ringtone. I tried SnipSell myself: The upload process is easy and very fast. Upload your sound, name it and choose your ringtone deal. After 2 days my first ringtone appeared in the iTunes Ringtone Store. What a feeling! I was so excited to see it live on my iPhone ;) Now I get paid for each sale. I love it!
You can add MP3 songs to your iPod by connecting it to your computer, opening iTunes, and then dragging and dropping the MP3 files from your computer to your iPod within iTunes. Make sure your iPod is set to manually manage music to transfer songs from LimeWire. Alternatively, you can sync your entire music library, including the downloaded MP3s, from your computer to your iPod.
