yes because organs are made up of tissues and so are muscles and for the lungs to move they need the muscle. So yes your lungs do have muscles.

No, the lungs are not a muscle and therefore cannot move. However, the breathing movements are caused by muscles, the Intercostal muscles and the Diaphragm muscles.
