∙ 10y agoNo, male canines will not mate with other males. However, they will certainly mount one another and go through the motions of mating. The more dominant one will be on top and there may even be some degree of penetration. Dogs are very influenced by scent, and no actual mating will take place if the scent of a bitch in heat is not present.
