If you mean if the gland is what decides the size of your breast they do not. It's in your genes and hereditary. It's the hormones that makes them grow.

Does estrogen make your breast bigger?

Hormones cause breast size to change slightly throughout a woman's life. During pregnancy estrogen levels rise, and a woman will notice an increase in breast size. Part of this is due to swelling of the mammary tissues, and part is due to body fat gain. So to sum it up YES. Birth Control contains estrogen and many women have said to have had grown a half to full cup size bigger. But this is due to the swelling so once you stop taking the birth control your breast will go to original size. .

Practically everything (tails, fins, noses, teeth, and internal organs) except for their reproductive organs and the mammary glands that the male will not have. Dolphins show little of what is called sexual dimorphism, and it is difficult if not impossible for the average person to tell a male from a female.

Your breast are very big so your boyfriend is always playing with them even in public places so what can you do?

Public breast fondling is not really acceptable in any culture, so I suppose you will have to tell him to excercise some self control in public. Maybe his breast fetish is the problem, not your size.
