no each state is responsible for protecting their citizens and property first with the reserves then the federal government can take over but the marines are not the first or only to act if called all branches work together.
Martial Law .
There is no 'ultimate' form. Martial arts were developed in many places over great stretches of time. They take many forms.
You have to take the asvab test first and the score is 31 or over.
Some marines in the Pacific during WW2 said it took as long as 20 seconds for it to kill Japanese.
To learn one martial art is impossible. Learning in martial arts does not end.

The U.S. Marines is a separate branch of the military, independent of the U.S. Army. While both services are under the Department of Defense, the Marines operate as their own distinct force within the Navy. They have their own training, equipment, and mission focus.
Pakistan had to face Martial Law (Military Takeover) numerous times. The first martial law took place in 1958 under Gen. Ayyub Khan. The second military take over happened in 1969 under General Agha Muhammad Yahya Khan. In 1971, Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto imposed martial law as first civil chief martial law administrator. In 1977, Chief of Army Staff, Gen. Zia-ul-Haq imposed 4th Martial Law in 1977 and dismissed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto who was later executed following a controversial judgement. 5th and last military take over took place under command of General Pervez Musharraf who took over in 1999 throwing out Mr. Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
The marines will take people of different ages. In order to enlist to become a marine you should be between the age of 17 and be no older than 29. It is possible you can enlist when you are over 29 but you will have to submit a waiver.
