First you need to learn to draw alone, than you need to perfect your work...The analyzing and watching other people works is the key to sucess...Kishimoto went to art coledge, but he also bought books on manga art, from famous artist when he was kid...
Try to copy his work, and than try to add something yors...For example in his Karikuri, he drew people noses with full line, but that he decided when he draws small noses in Naruto he will draw two dots as nostrails, unlike other mangaka who rawe nose as one trinangular dot(pokemon kids Digimon kids)...So the point is, the body proportion, the hands, and feet are drawn the same in dimension and proportions as normal human, unlike in Western Cartoons...Manga has normal proportion of human, five fingers, and realistic body detalis, except nose and eyes are little exegorated...So study Kishimoto work, look close on his drawings zoomed, than look also other artist work, and add little of yourself...Thta is for drawing basic in pencil artwork...In inking, story plot, and other stuff you need extra work...Don't copy those stereotype stioories like ni cartoon cartoons from CN like Save Willie and What a wonderful life...Read many things read novels, watch movies, read mythology of many diferent countries, read wikipedia, colect kwnoledges, and put them into your story...Don't make your manga a dejawoo empty plotetd story of spoiled teenagers and brats, mak it funny, romantic, dramatic, critical, and put original ideas, something other has not seen before...Notice don't copy Holywood and HBO their stupid...
Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of the manga series "Naruto," has not specifically been known to teach kids how to draw. However, his artwork and techniques can serve as inspiration for aspiring artists and manga enthusiasts. There are many resources available, such as books, videos, and tutorials, that can help kids learn to draw in the style of Kishimoto.
Yes, he explains this in Naruto Manga Series. He has little parts in the book where he explains his different child hood drawings and such in that matter.
