Yes, but not in the way that many Pentecostal and Protestant churches do.
Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) believe in The Bible, which says that speaking in tongues is one of the gifts or manifestations of the Spirit of God. (See 1 Corinthians 12:10) Also, one of their articles of faith states "We believe in the gift of tongues, prophesy, revelation, visions, healing, interpretation of tongues, and so forth."
Mormons believe that the gift of tongues comes when one needs to bear witness of Christ to someone who does not speak the same language. Stories of the gift of tongues are often told by Mormon missionaries who are sent to places where they are unfamiliar with the language, but somehow the people they are teaching still understand them - much like the story found in Acts 2.
Joseph Smith said, "The ultimate design of the gift of tongues is to speak to foreigners."

As a born-again, spirit-filled Believer, I most certainly do. I speak in tongues, by inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Most of my Christian friends also speak in tongues. It is a phenomenon, an awesome and gracious gift given by our Lord and Savior. This gift is often used in prayer and praise & worship. Sometimes it is used to prophesy or encourage other believers. There are many kinds of tongues, some of God and some of demons. There are three (3) kinds of tongues in the Bible: 1. An unknown tongue unto God (I Corinthians 14:2) 2. A known tongue that is a sign to unbelievers. (I Corinthians 14:2; Acts 2:6). 3. A tongue that is understood through interpretation and edifies the church (I Corinthians 14:15). Maze (mah-zay) is used in several including the drift bible. Ebisu actually has 11 different circuits and touges on Kumakubo's property so some might be the other circuits. They also run a tuner battle at fuji and another at an alternate track at Tsukuba. Not sure of the name. All these tracks aside, all you need is Gunsai. Period. Haha
