Yes. This is a belief shared with many other Christians.
One of the Articles of Faith of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the 'Mormon' church) says, "We believe... that Christ will reign personally upon the earth..." The belief is that Jesus Christ will reign over all the earth for a period of 1000 years after His Second Coming. This period is called the Millennium.

While it is true that some Mormons are more concerned about image, you will find this with any religion. The teachings of the LDS (Mormon) church teach that you should not be concerned about image but be Christ like and live as Christ would want us to live. There are many Mormons who follow this and try to live Christ like lives and would not care about how the world sees them.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) teaches that we should follow the commandments of Jesus Christ and care for the bodies that God has given us. Check out the "Related Links" below to read more specifically about what Mormons believe they should do to honor God.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) teaches that God the Father, Jesus Christ (the Son of God), and the Holy Spirit are three distinctly seperate beings united perfectly in purpose. There are no facts on what happens after death, if heaven exists there or not. If you believe in it you believe in it. The Mormons can be right or they can be wrong. Clearly other religions would not agree with them.As for what Mormons teach regarding this, the answer is NO. Mormons believe that as God loves all mankind, He wants to allow as many as possible to return to him and live with him in heaven. They believe that a huge majority of people will go to heaven, and only a very small part will be damned. They also believe that people may accept the gospel of Jesus Christ after death, before they are judged. In fact, the whole reason Mormons build temples is so that they can be baptized for those who have died. They believe that if they are baptized for someone who is dead, that person will have the opportunity to accept the baptism and and be saved. Mormons, or members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, teach that God sent his son, Jesus, to the earth to die so that we could be forgiven from our sins. We believe the Bible to to be the true word of God, and we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God. The Book of Mormon is a record of Christ's teachings in the American continents, as opposed to the Bible, which is a record of his teachings in the middle eastern continents. We have several unique beliefs as well, such as modern prophets. We strongly value family and trust. We are not polygamists, contrary to some belief , and we believe that sexual relationships are to be shared only with a lawfully wedded wife or husband. Islam believes Jesus Christ was only a prophet, not the Messiah. So the answer is: Christianity, which teaches that Jesus Christ is the Messiah, and is coming back, the hope of all Christians.Another Answer:Both do but only Christianity believes Jesus will return as the King of kings. Some branches of Islam teach that Jesus will return to earth not as King or Lord of lords as the Bible teaches, but rather to accompany their 'mahdi' - the Islamic messiah, and to convert the world, including Christianity, to Islam by force.

Yes the apostles did teach and heal in the name of Jesus Christ.
The Bible tells us to teach people about God, and his purpose to establish his kingdom on earth. (Lords prayer..' thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven...' This follows the example of Jesus Christ.
Christ has died. Christ is risen. Christ will come again
