No most women don't. Some have the guts to tell their boyfriend that it's just not working out and they break off the relationship. Other women may not mean too, but they are missing something in their relationship (usually attention and being told they are loved) and seek it out in another man or men, while some women just can't get enough of men and have several men on the string. Men can be much the same.
