My vectra is a 1999 S plate and has a factory fitted immobilizer, I think that alarm/ immobilisers were fitted as standard the year after mine.
Not fitted as standard but if your car has standard suspension not hydraulic you can fit the lifting gear and buy a spacesaver spare. The studs for the lifting/mounting assembly are fitted to the car. For more info. C4owners.org I've fitted a wheel on mine.

It's an option at £100, not fitted as standard.

You have 2 options, neither of which are available as standard. The most complete is the iPod interface which can be fitted by your dealer. The second (and cheapest) is the AUX IN cable, also fitted by the dealer, but it can be easily fitted at home to left-hand drive cars.
Most new vehicles are fitted with them as standard on the more expensive models.
Not a standard accessory, but one can easily be fitted to it.
