By definition, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, is someone that turns inward for gratification rather than depending on others. Is also excessively preoccupied with issues of personal adequacy, power and prestige, and is closely linked to self-centeredness. In other words, it doesnt matter if the person is more attractive or not, in their eyes, they will be the most attractive regardless of any evidence to the contrary. Besides, lets not forget that beauty is suggestive.
