Open your Firefox preferences (either edit->preferences or tools->options) and click the security tab. In the "passwords" section, click "Exceptions...". This will list all the sites you've told Firefox not to store passwords for. Find the site you want to remember the password for in this list, click it, then click remove. Now the next time you visit the site, Firefox will ask you if you want to remember the password.

You can share the passwords with Firefox and Chrome. It is because they do not share and are secure.

If your on firefox follow these steps 1.Click on the word firefox in the left hand corner of the screen. 2. Under it click PREFRENCES. 3.You will then be general across the top find security click on it. 4.where it says remember passwords for websites uncheck and it will forget. P.s if you want it to start to remember things again recheck it.

You do not need a password to install Mozilla Firefox unless you are on a non-admin or unprivileged user account. In this case, the password is whatever the password to the Administrator account is.

Firefox plug-in can remenber your password. In Firefox 3.6 - go to Tools > Options > Security. Click on the "Exceptions" button next to the line "Remember passwords for sites". Uncheck the site you want.
