Yes, it actually does have a bit of sugar. Some types of fruit have their own sugar in it. It's so small you can't see it.

I'm certain there is sucrose in an orange, which is basically sugar, but sugar in fruits are healthier than sugar cane and such.

Yes. Its a minimal amount. And even within that amount, its about 30% fructose and 50% sucrose

Natural sugar from the orange, and then most likely high fructose corn syrup or another artificial sweetener. it all depends on the brand, or if it is freshly squeezed.

Sugar (fructose) occurs naturally in Oranges however sugar is sometimes added to the squeezed Orange Juice.
