No it gets what it needs from it's environment
In a unicellular organism there are organelles within the cell, which have specialized functions, and in order for these organelles to work together to create a functioning cell, there has to be some means by which chemicals of various sorts can travel from one organelle to another. That is accomplished by a cellular circulatory system.
We, as vertebrates, have a closed system in that our blood travels from the heart and back. Other organisms don't have such a system. Open circulatory systems allow all fluids in an organism to mix.
Because of their very small size and lack of complexity, diffusion and osmosis are sufficient to supply the whole organism with its needs, and therefore, they do not need a circulatory system
Certain organisms lack a specialized transport system for moving nutrients around the body. These organisms generally lack advanced circulatory systems.
closed circulatory system (double circulatory system)
They're both the circulatory system.
