hello? anyone there?
The Panther Chameleon (Furcifer pardalis) was named by a French biologist in 1829. They are a north Madagascar species commonly bred in captivity for the pet trade. 'Furcifer' is latin for something like split (meaning the shape of the toes). 'Pardalis' means panther (because of the chameleon's spotted pattern).
Panther chameleons are probably the most color vibrant breed of chameleon. They change almost every color.
Panther chameleons have a very low temperament so they are easy to handle and don't mind it as much as other chameleons. They can also hiss when angry or upset which is pretty cool. Hope this helps :]
Fl Chams breeds and sells chameleons to anywhere in America. They sell and breed Panther Chameleons, Veiled Chameleons, Premium Veiled Chameleons, Translucent Veiled Chameleons, Jacksons Chameleons, Pygmy Chameleons, Carpet Chameleons, Other Chameleon Species. most of the chameleons live in the canopy Chameleons live below the canopy because that's where their prey is abundant. More Arid chameleons such as the Veiled Chameleons use medium trees as a home.
