It is unlikely that music is the cause of people committing suicide. If people are feeling suicidal then listening to a depressing form of music can push someone over the edge

People do not commit suicide based on suggestions contained in music. They do so because they are depressed. Trying to blame it on music is just a way of displacing guilt because problems were not recognized and proper steps were not taken.
