Do people laugh at some of the question they read before they fully get removed like the you know what questions?

Some strange people laugh at some strange things. Some people post up questions that don't deserve to be read. Some questions are so poorly worded that it's impossible to answer. Most questions, even the ridiculous ones do not get deleted altogether.

because wikianswers is a place where people around the world answer questions and they might not know the answer to the question or it's never been asked before.

How to remove a answers question?
Become a supervisor. Or start a conversation with one. Questions which invade people's privacy, for example. are to be removed, so if you point it out to a super it will be taken care of.
Do people just answer on this website?
The purpose of this site - is for people to ask questions (just as you have) - and for people to answer those questions. It's not a 'live' web-site (like a chat room) - you need to wait for someone to read the question before it's answered.
Why do people catagorize questions in rhetorical questions when that ruins the whole point of the question?
Because then that answers the question. Questions are made to be found out. Not for fun.

When you first visit the website before putting in your question look at the website and it asks you if you can answer any of the questions that other people are asking and so many people answer them and that's how you just received your answer to your question ;) human Yes, its actually very fun to answer questions. I cannot answer that question, unless you mean 'why is it that so many PEOPLE ask so many questions'. In that case, my response is because the human brain's natural reaction to things they have never seen before is to ask a question.
Why don't people answer the questions?
There are several reasons people don't answer the questions. 1) They are the ones asking the question. 2) They do not know the answer to the question. 3) They don't know that they CAN answer questions, or how to answer a question. 4) They have more important things to be doing than answering questions for people who could have just used Google or their brain.
