I don't...
Japan is the country most prominently involved in whaling. Japan has led an active pro-whaling movement ever since whaling was banned in 1986. Consequently it has gained the support of many other countries such as Iceland and China, but it has also promised financial aid to small, poorer nations of Africa, the Caribbean, and the Pacific countries if they support it in the International Whaling Commission.
People first started whaling around 3000 BC. It sure was a Long long time ago!
they can't. caring for the oceans entails its creatures, and whales are part of them. whaling is awful and people should stop it.
Yes, the Japanese still do some whaling . . . it is one of their basic foods.
People go against whaling so much because people ,like the Japanese, are killing the whales and that populations are starting to go down even more every time someone is whaling!
While whaling was banned by the International Whaling Commission in 1986, it is legal to kill whales for scientific purposes in some countries, such as Japan.
ppl in china and japan
Unless I'm terribly mistaken they want to stop whaling.
Sharks don't die from whaling! Whales die from whaling Every year more than one thousand whales are killed by the Japanese ALONE. But as for how many sharks die per year over 73 million sharks die per year just for their fins then are thrown back in the water and left to drown or bleed to death. when you add everything together more than 80million sharks die per year. Sharks cant reproduce as fast as they are being killed. Please help save the sharks. www.uwiu.net Support us! www.seashepherd.org/ Support our supporters! And support our marine life!
