Whaling is a problem to some people but not to enough people to make it a business that cant make money. If all the people that want whaling stopped signed up to an agreement that they would not purchase any goods originating in any country for a given period of time then the country's that give comfort to the perpetrators of this activity will themselves soon put a stop to it. Japan in particular needs to learn that it is a part of the world community but it requires sincere people throughout the world to convince it of that.
