Some times. I have this phobia and i tend to be really friendly and smile alot so people will feel more comfortable around me. People don't really like me but i have alot of friends ha ha so any ways i sometimes get rude comments when i walk with my friend but my friends stand up for me and make them back of. The comments still hurt but i just smile=]. So if you ask me I'd say yes most people with Isolophabia tend to be happy when they're really not.
