It is a physical impossibility for any dog to be able to lock it's jaws and then unlock them, The shape of their skull does not allow for such actions and if the dog was able to do so there would be no way for the dog to open them back up and there for it would die due to starvation and dehydration.
APBT's have very strong jaws but not locking jaws.
