Pomeranians do need alot of grooming, they do not do alot of shedding though.... The coat just mats
Yeah they do. Sometimes it's a lot.
Yes.
Not likely, because Poms shed and have lots of dander. Allergic people do MUCH better with Bichons, Poodles, or West Highland White Terriers.
No dog is absolutely "hypo-allergenic", but there are some that are better suited for allergic individuals. Pomeranians are NOT among those though, as Poms shed heavily and have lots of dander. Allergic people do MUCH better with Bichons, Poodles, or West Highland White Terriers.
Pomeranians do shed quite a bit. They are a Spitz type dog and have a lot of hair. Aside from regular day to day shedding they also blow (or shed all their undercoat). They need daily brushing to keep their coat from getting matted as well.
Yes they do. They shed lots before and after Summer.
Pomeranians are fluffy do to the 2nd coat. Poms have a corse undercoat whcich they keep year round and a softer overcoat which they shed in the summer. They have these to coats because they come from Green Land where it is extremely cold during the winter and a second coat is necessary for survival.
Pomeranians are not recommended for households with young children because of their unstable temperaments. Obedience instructors see LOTS of Pomeranians with neurotic behaviors that include biting, extreme fearfulness, moodiness, and general nastiness.
lots
cats shed all of the time so yes it is normal
Sometimes they play with yarn and play with other pomeranians
Autumn (fall) is the season when deciduous tree shed their leaves in the north.
Lots! My two shed quite heavily seasonally, but they lose hair all through the year. Invest in a good hoover.
