there is probably something in the pool that got into the pump
I think if the automatic fill draws water from your home water service it would not be unusual to hear a "running water" noise when water was being added to the pool.
Ice isn't meant to be in a pool pump. this can damage/ruin it. that is why you hear a grinding noise. cheers <3 -Eli

yes you can, just make sure that no one blocks the skimmer or the water return hole.

Running in the pool allows for you to exercise whether you're fit or injured, as the main resistance while doing this is the water itself. Unline running on land, pool running is a non-impact form of exercise as your feet aren't touching the bottom of the pool. Doing pool running helps you recover faster from an injury as you are able to stay in shape, still working on the same muscles as you would on running on land. If you choose to do this form of exercise to supplement your running, it would be best to pick up either a flotation belt or a jogging vest to keep you properly upright and be able to have the same kind of running motion but in a pool. If you don't have that available, you could instead either pool run moving your knees higher, or you could do a longer, sweeping kind of running gait where your leg sweeps slower, lower and further back.
Yes unless you are running a salwater pool then it should still be alright so long as you dont make a habit of it.
PLEASE DEFINE WHAT YOU ARE CALLING THE "POOL FILTER"! The filter (large tank) can not run fast or slow. So what do you mean? Are you talking about the motor on the pump? Then, what does it sound like or what noise does it make or not make? Can not make an informed answer until I have all the facts. Use my message board k
To effectively block your neighbor's pool pump noise, you can try using soundproofing materials like acoustic panels or foam, building a sound barrier like a fence or wall, planting dense vegetation as a natural sound buffer, or using white noise machines or earplugs to mask the noise.
Yes, the pool pump typically needs to be running when the pool heater is operating. This ensures proper water circulation, allowing the heater to efficiently warm the water and preventing overheating or damage to the heater. Additionally, running the pump helps distribute the heated water evenly throughout the pool. Always check the specific manufacturer's guidelines for your equipment for optimal operation.
No pooping in pool, no running around pool, and no diving depending on how deep it is.
If the end of the hose is running in a pool of water, yes
