PLEASE DEFINE WHAT YOU ARE CALLING THE "POOL FILTER"! The filter (large tank) can not run fast or slow. So what do you mean? Are you talking about the motor on the pump? Then, what does it sound like or what noise does it make or not make? Can not make an informed answer until I have all the facts.
