Do pregnant mollies have bulging eyes - i am sure my molly is pregnant but have just noticed today it has bulging eyes can you help please?

Mollies should not have bulging eyes. The fish is sick. I'm assuming you have the fish in an aquarium with at least a filter and heater. Try raising its temp to around 80F and doing a large water change. Then add 1 tsp cooking salt per gal. If you don't see any improvement within a couple of days you could check with your local pet shop and or vet.
