∙ 14y agoAny unnatural craving (wanting to eat something that isn't deemed food) is not healthy and you should visit your Dr. if you are craving eating sand, sawdust, glue, clay, paper or any other non-food item. However, if you are just craving going to the beach and digging your toes in the sand- no need to worry! Just be sure to not get too much sun that you get sunburned :)
