No. A pumpkin is a fruit (technically) that is grown, so therefore it does not contain any gluten (or wheat). But if you are talking about processed pumpkin in a can or something of that sort--the best way to tell is by looking at the nutrition facts to see if it contains any kind of wheat.

Check the ingredients. If the ingredients include pumpkin only, then it is definitely gluten free. If it lists natural flavors, be suspicious and check the company's website. If, for some reason, it contains wheat or barley, it definitely has gluten.
