Yes! It is perfectly fine to categorise questions from the Uncategorised category for this mission. By doing so you are helping lots of questions be answered quicker because they are in their correct category where they can be seen by an expert in that area.

When can I start my first mission for The Initiates Program?
You can begin your first mission once you receive the details of the mission on your message board from Zapallar. You will receive this mission once you have confirmed that you wish to be in the program and you have been accepted. This message will contain your mission start date. Anything that you do for the mission before that date will not count towards the mission.
How do you earn badges in The Initiates Program?
When you join The Initiates Program you will be given a program badge for your profile. This is displayed in the badges section of your profile and cannot be edited by yourself. You will also earn a different badge for each mission that you complete in the program. These badges are placed in your editable profile section (your "about me" section). This means that you are free to edit their position by editing your profile.

What can I do if I am struggling to find alternates for the alternates mission in The Initiates Program?
If you are struggling to find alternates to sort during your alternates mission in TIP, please get in touch with your TIP Supervisor. The TIP Supervisor will lend you a hand by providing a question or two with bad alternates. Though it is best to try and find these yourself to show your ability to recognise questions with messy alternates.
Why are loads of people congratulating me for my progress in The Initiates Program?
When you complete a mission in The Initiates Program (TIP) your completion is posted to the Community Outreach Program. Community Outreach is composed of WikiGuides whose job is to congratulate members on their achievements around the site. Can I apply to join The Initiates Program or must I be invited?
You are free to apply to join the program. If you would like to join then send a message to the program staff, either Xnicola or Skullcandy88. They will review your contributions to make sure you meet the requirements and then set you up with your program badge and first mission.
Were there changes to the missions in The Initiates Program in 2013?
Yes, after a review of the program, because we have been so successful in preparing new Supervisors, some changes were made to TIP missions in mid-2013.The mission changes are as follows:Mission 1: Answer 40 questions has been changed to answer 20 questionsMission 2: Recategorise 200 questions has been changed to recategorise 100 questionsMission 3: Deal with 200 flags has been changed to deal with 100 flagsMission 4: Split 500 alternates has been changed to split 100 alternatesMission 5: Edit 150 questions has been changed to edit 25 questionsMission 6: Edit 100 answers has been changed to edit 25 answersThe final (7): The final mission of answering questions has been removed completely. You will now instead be asked to complete an end-of-program questionnaire to be eligible for graduationThose who have already reached the new requirements will automatically complete the mission (unless they haven't done it properly).The official program page will be updated shortly to reflect this, if it hasn't been already.You would have also been contacted by a TIP Supervisor to inform you of the changes.As always, let your TIP Supervisor know when you have completed your mission.
What does TIP on WikiAnswers do?
TIPFormally called The Initiates Program, trains new members to use tools that improve the quality and extent of their contributions on the site.
