Actually, yes. So can humans. It must me total darkness though. And for many months. It would have to be room with no windows. Humans kept in total darkness go blind because the cells involved with their rods and cones die off from lack of use.
A bright flash close to a rabbit's eyes can injure the eyes permanently, or just blind the rabbit temporarily but causing it to panic and injure itself. If you want to take a picture of your rabbit, do it in natural light without a flash. If you want to use a flash, stand far away from the rabbit, like 15 feet away.

Sometimes it can take a little while before both eyes open. However if this eye doesn't open within a day the bunny should be taken in for a vet appointment as it could be a sign of infection or other issues.

Nothing really. You may have a few light flashes for a couple of minutes, but no lasting damage to the retina. You could blind your self if you stare at it for longer than 20 seconds.
