I believe that all stores might sell radish seeds, but I would probally talk to a local produce store, maybe ask them if they might know a local farmer who sells radishes. If so happens, ask the farmer if he'd be willing to sell radish seeds, if so, for how much is what you ask him. Remember, call ahead BEFORE you arrive his house.
