Wineries are required by law to enforce the local drinking age. Just like any other business, there are some places that are good at it and some places that break the law or ignore it. Further If a licence is required , by local legislation, sell or provide, intoxicating beverages the winery has must comply with those local laws. Such laws and rules are not universal.
