No, I'm afraid to say saber tooth cats (/'tigers') do not have babies every year as they are now extinct. It is difficult to say how they reproduced when they were alive. They are in fact closer to marsupials then modern day cats but it is unlikely they had kangaroo pouches. They probably reproduced like lions and tigers, once a year, but without a flux capacitor you will not be able to find out I'm afraid.
Spring.And they're not tiger babies they're cubs.
125 people die by tigers every year.

Crocodiles do not reproduce every month. Crocodiles do not have babies. Crocodiles lay eggs about once a year.
Tigers can have up to 7 cubs but usually 3 to 4. That's not true they can have up to 13. Usually 7 . it depends on the tiger.Actually, whoever wrote the above is wrong. Tigers normally have 2-3 cubs in a litter and they have about 5 at the most. I know a charity that help them and they provide me with all the information I need.2-6 cubs
3-5 usually.....
