I was in weston super mare on Boxing day 2009 and saw the funniest sight. A seagull was in a front garden opposite the sea tapping the grass like it was dancing - then we realised that it was bringing worms to the surface and having some dinner, we watched for about 3 minutes and he had three worms - ingenious, is this common?
Seagulls will eat about anything
Big fish do not eat seagulls. Although, whales and porpoises do, in fact, eat seagulls from the ocean surface.
Hawks eat small animals such as squirrels, rabbits, and small birds. Hawks can possibly eat baby seagulls, but the adult seagulls aren't likely to hunt.
