Serial Killers are people that kill for thrill since they have no other reason to be going around butchering people. so if they do kill a string of people for no reason at all they must have no concsious or guilt which i think they should have. if they get sent to prison on a life sentence they may develop a conscious where they may feel guilty about what they have done.
