Kinda-sorta, but not really. They are dark on top and white on the bottom so that they'll be more difficult to spot both from below and from above, and that's about it. They can't change colour or anything like that.
Because even though they are top predators there are other creatures that prey upon them so camouflage helps them avoid being eaten. Also they ambush their prey so being invisible to their dinner helps them capture food.
