Veggies should be 60% of skinks diet: Turnip, collard and/or mustard greens, green beans, all squashes, watercress, beet greens, borage, OCCASIONAL white mushrooms, green peas, sweet potatoes, parsnips. They will also eat cactus pads and cactus pear FREQUENTLY in nature. Fresh basil can be offered occasionally as well, as a boost for picky eaters or weak animals.

Fruit can also be fed, but only as a treat, not to extend 10% of diet: mango, mixed berries, cantaloupe.
