There is no snake currently living, that has legs. Researchers have uncovered an ancient fossil which appears to have been a snake with legs. Named Haasiophis, it was a metre-long snake that lived in the water, and was apparently found in a quarry near Jerusalem.
However, it is not known whether this creature shared characteristics with the snakes of today, such as being cold-blooded, breathing through lungs and having scaly skin, so it cannot definitively be referred to as a "snake".

∙ 11y agoYes. They have 6 legs but you cannot see them because they are hidden under a skin of fat. Sometimes their penis gets mistaken for a seventh leg but it is not a leg, it is a male genital.
