No, sound boards specifically control sound. Lighting consoles(aka light boards) control the lights. Most of these are more computer based than sound boards.
There is a design flaw in Jeep Cherokee tail/brake/turn signal lights as far as I can tell. They tend to be on the left side, too, oddly enough. I've seen a ton of message boards to support this when my left lights went out. I even have a habit now of looking at all the tail lights as I pass them now. I'd say a good 10-15% don't have left tail lights! bad wiring or something most people said on the message boards.
If they are all not working, I would suspect a blown fuse, or they are just turned off. There is a rheostat used to control the brightness of the instrument lights. If it is turned too far the lights will go off. Find the control and turn it. Sometimes it is the reset button for the odometer and sometimes it is a separate control. Look in your owner's manual for the location.
Girl boards are very good for landing tricks and for high ollies also chocolate boards.... baker boards arent that great too
Possibly the alternator.
no, ouija boards don't only call demons, they can call good spirits too.

If the vehicle has airbags, you may want to look at the clockspring. It's the connection under the steering wheel that connects airbag, horn, cruise, etc, together.
Need more info. Which lights are you refering too.
Your brake lights are out too! Replace the fuse.
Sound too low in frequency to hear (~<20Hz) is called infrasound. Sound too high infrequency to hear (~>20kHz) is called ultrasound.
it sounds very similar So it will have to be aggressively different to not be called derivative
Question is too general. Either rephrase, or there won't be an answer...
