No but maybe depends on which you use
Poptart, Sprinkles, Jello, Rookie
I believe with water my friend
If you mean the Jello mix powder right of the box - yes, you can. It isn't really 'raw'. The hot water is needed to dissolve the gelatin - not to cook it. Jello out of the box was a special treat when I was growing up.
Yes, the word sprinkles is a noun, a plural, common, concrete noun. The word sprinkles is also a verb (sprinkle, sprinkles, sprinkling, sprinkled).
sprinkles are tiny things that you put on cupcakes and on ice cream. there are rainbow sprinkles and there are chocolate sprinkles.
are sprinkles considered candy
?? did you get that from drake and josh?? sprinkles
The components of the mixture are well mixed enough that any variations within it are microscopic or submicroscopic. because the jello looks like it has one type of substance in it but has a combination of substances and also the jello particles atract to each other and dissolve when get evenly mixed together
Because sprinkles are awesome. Well, cupcakes have sprinkles, sometimes for decoration, and just because they're yummy...:)
due to her small portions and fun-sizedness I declare Sprinkles to be AWESOME!!! you rock sprinkles!! -Paris Jones March 2nd 2009
Because there are multiple colored sprinkles in a single mixture. It would be considered homogenous if all of the sprinkles were one color
jello is in jello!hahahahahaha
