Any entire (not neutered) male can get testicle cancer, it does not matter the breed. This disease can only be treated by castration or it can spread and become life-threatening. Of course, neutered males cannot get this disease and so it is a wise idea to neuter a male that is not needed for breeding. This operation also reduces or eliminates some aggression and hyper-sexual behaviour and the surgery is almost completely risk free.
For people with one undescended testicle who develop cancer, the undescended testicle is the one that has the cancer 80% of the time. Since the descended testicle can develop cancer 20% of the time, removal of the undescended testicle is rarely performed anymore as it used to be. Careful examination of the testicles is important, especially in someone who has history of an undescended one. Hope this helps! Dr. B.
He had testicular cancer
Lady gaga is a girl, they can't have testical cancer.
Yes, that is the primary treatment.
Congenital absence of a testicle is not usually a problem. But an undescended testicle is a problem that needs to be fixed. If the testicle stays in the abdomen, a condition called cryptorchidism, it can lead to infertility and cancer.
Depends. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Severity of the cancer plays into this.
Any bump or knot on the testicle need to be looked at by a doctor. Could be nothing, could be cancer. Go to the doctor, ASAP.

A Testicle should NEVER swell! If either of yours is swelling, see a Doctor immediately!! It could be Testicular Cancer which can kill you!!
As long as he has one fully functioning testicle, yes, you can have kids. Take Lance Armstrong for example. He has several kids and he lost one testicle to testicualr cancer.
Not if only one testicle is removed. You can produce sperm just fine with only one testicle
An orchiectomy is sometimes done to prevent cancer when an undescended testicle is found in a patient who is beyond the age of puberty.
